Therefore, if you want to run the enterprise for a long time, you must carry out drastic reform. The first thing is to improve technology. Only by mastering patented technology can enterprises have strong competitive advantages, enter the high-end market and create their own unique brands.

Now the precision of the mold is higher and higher, many enterprises because of the technology can not keep up, the total decline, only a lot of enterprises continue to innovate and improve technology, in order to adapt and survive. But these surviving enterprises did not get a good development.

At present, many domestic mold enterprises have more advanced equipment resources, technology is relatively advanced, can meet a lot of harsh manufacturing requirements. However, due to the lack of funds or the lack of well-established private brands, they cannot become a resounding brand by themselves, and only process and produce for others. So these enterprises have been hovering in the middle level, unable to move to the high end.

Therefore, mold enterprises need to expand the proportion of high-end products, to innovate, to create their own brand, form their own unique mode, start their own reputation, to occupy the high-end market, in order to ensure their own brand in an invincible position.
